To whom it may concern

We called the Joliet service center in March of this year ,and were informed

the Model #455 is an electronic unit.and prone to failure often ,since it is

not a mechanical unit.

They refused to service it!

I called Target in New Lenox, after a runaround was told to contact Haier .

We did this in May 2007.

We called the Service center again and were told Haier switched to Model 456

(mechanical type ) due the electronic failures of their previous "455 model."

We are senior citizen and like to have some closure from mistakes the

manufacturer did.
