Cox Communications Dear Sir or Madam, I have been without TV cable service since July 18, 2007. I can not seem = to get anywhere with the service desk. I have never in my life seen such = a mis-managed customer service department. No one seems to care that a = paying customer is out of service. Since they are the only cable service = in my area, customer service is not a priority. One of the worse things = is that I never get the same answer twice on how my problem will be = resolved, with the exception of two "I don't know" answers. (pretty = pathetic) I happened to enter in my search engine "Cox Cable Complaints", and I = was amazed at the number of dissatisfied customers. I don't care how big = that company is, isn't there some way of bringing them to their knees? Any advise you can give me will be appreciated. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
