Charter Communications cable tv and internet Rochester, MN household residency. Charter Communication's customer service is hand's down THE WORST service I've ever had. Where to begin? Almost every call I've made to them is either dropped or transferred to the wrong department. Almost every bill I've gotten is wrong and have had to call in to bring the discrepancy to their attention. They attempted to double bill me for the installation of the service and had I not noticed and brought it to their attention, I would have double payed. After confronting them about it, it turned out that they had conveniently "missed" the notice of paid on the service man's ticket. They are the only company who will bill for NOT using a part of their service. Yes, that's right, they charge you if you only use their internet service, instead of both internet and tv... as if it costs them any more money. Total greed and ludacrious behavior. No business with competition would get away with this. It's a monopoly and the consumer suffers. Someone please come to Rochester and give this horrendous company some competition!!!!! Daniel R.
