Capital One Credit Card Company ABUSE!!!

The story is way too long to go into here....Briefly (yep - this is brief):

Capital One Credit Card Company - has paid zero attention to items of dispute that I have filed. Has never contacted me, in any way....I have fraudulent transactions happening, I even close the accounts and they continue to allow fraudulent charges, and issues me new cards (where I instructed them...DO NOT ISSUE NEW CARDS), where more fraudulent charges occur. they have put me in collections....I keep repeating my story over, and over...NO ONE DOES ANYTHING TO CORRECT THE SITUATION. I am really at my wits end!!!! The situation has been playing out for over one year!!! They are ruining my credit - i am being harassed by outside CC collection agencies, who do not care....... . I have tried over, and over to get this taken care of with Capital One...I GET ZERO SATISFACTION ANYWHERE. Capital One continues to ALLOW FRAUDULENT CHARGES....DOES NOTHING...I MUST GET SOME ASSITANCE, AND HELP!!!!! I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!!

Please help me. I also plan to contact the Attorney General's office. PLEASE.... Let me know what I should do!!! ??? I am getting ZERO satisfaction from Capital One, please do not tell me to contact them. I have tried that for a year, I get nowhere, contacting Capital One AGAIN, will bring NO RESOLUTION to this problem. Thank You.
