Leon's Furniture, Whitby, Ontario:

 

We bought two recliners from this company and shortly afterwards, we advised Leon's that there were not comfortable, that they were hurting our backs. They asked us to try them out a bit longer and see if the situation would improve.

 

It did not. When we tried to return them, they send a Representative who clearly wasn't interested in finding the faults of the recliners, and who was just going through the motions. The whole time he was at our house, he professed to be "working for us", even though he was paid by Leon's!

 

We were hit with a 25% restocking fee: no where in their literature or from the Sales Rep is this explained.

 

Leon's was clearly not very interested in Customer Satisfaction, nor did they care about Csutomer Comfort.

 

Buyer Beware!
