Dr. Chet Cooley 601 turtle creek Dr. Tyler Texas i need to know how to file a complaint on the dentist office. I went to have my teeth pulled in the back and he filled the bottom left and right teeth in the back lower part of my mouth a week later i had an infection i called the office he told me to come in and he x-rayed the lower teeth and found under the crowns was infected so he pulled them. he then said when i filled your tooth it cracked that is why it was infected. HE still charged me for pulling the teeth after the infection was gone $500.78. I dont think that i should have to pay this because i put my trust in him to take are of my teeth......................WHAT SHOULD I DO PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS SITUATION....

If there is ever any question about a procedure, bill, or any problem talk to us about it. We are anything but unfair at this office. This sounds like there was some confusion, and we would have fixed this problem had she given us the chance. We cant get into our history, but we considered her to be a friend of the practice and we were shocked when we found out she posted this. She has not returned our calls.
