Sprint PCS Customer Call and Sales call


This was Happened, on March 29 2007, Sales person called from Sprint offer

the new plan. However, I never wanted because I loved my old plan. They

called me couple of times before offer to new plan and try get another

contract from me. Then, Person name Mr. E who gave me a really good deal. I

was thinking to change my plan. However they said they add one more phone,

But I don't need it. Because my phone is PocketPC and I don't want to carry

two phones. Also I will be out of town and I can receive the phone. So I say

"No I don't want"


Then He said to me I don't have to use it and Just throw away if I don't

have to use it. So I say "Ok, let change it."


Then, on April 7 2007, I checked plan from the web. And it was totally

different that I ordered. So I called customer service and explain to them

what happened, but the person who helped me are so bad. They said I have to

return the phone If I am going to back to my old plan. Wait I never wanted!!

and I never recevied it!! They said "we don't care you receive or not.

Because we sent it. So you have to return or pay for the lost phone." Can

you belive it? And I asked them explain why this was happen and why you

sent the Phone I didn't order. They never explain, just they keep saying I

have to return or pay. I called shipping company and they said They left the

package on front door porch. But my apartment is not security building.

It must be gone. Even though Do I have to pay it? I never ordered, I never

signed.


And then, I send Email to customer care of Sprint, They said there is no

service that I said. And I asked find a person offer the plan and I gave

My order number. However, they never send me back reply.........



What should I do?
