We purchased and had delivered a dining-room table and chairs. The table was delivered damage. I asked if they could leave the table until the replacement was delivered as we were having family over for Easter and needed the table. They refused and took the table back to be exchanged with a guaranty that we would have the new table by Easter. I called the store manager for over a week who never returned my calls. I finally contacted customer service and then the warehouse and set up delivery for the day before Easter. This morning April 7th they called and said they can not deliver the table as this one is also damaged. I asked them to deliver the damaged table so we will have somewhere to eat and was told that if they deliver the damaged table I have to accept it damaged. Last year in November we had also purchased a leather sofa and loveseat form Ashley. The sofa was delivered with the leather slashed and the wood splintered and it took a month to get it exchanged.There obviously is no care given to the furniture to be delivered and there is a total lack of any kind of customer service.
