I bought a item from Overstock .com .What terrible service .When I tried to return the item I got permission to do so and was told to save the receipt. I did so and faxed my copy . They said I did this in2004 because it was signed with a European 7 .I never got my 165.00 retuned .

What a rip-off and poor customer Service BUYER BEWARE
