SKLAR PEPPLAR - TABLES

Sklar Pepplar - Langley, BC - and owner owns Coquitlam, BC store also -

We bought 3 tables (cocktail table, side table, and wine cabinet) on

December 23, 2006.......

We were told we would get a phone call about the delivery, well, they

never know! They have to wait weeks to get it from Ontario where their

head office is.......Jan. 29 we finally got our delivery, the cocktail table

was broken........so they left it all and said we would get a phone call

about when the next table would be sent!

They finally told me that it would take 2 months only after I phoned and

phoned to find out when I could get a new table.......End of March after

repeated calls I got another broken table, and have since noticed other

marks on the other pieces as well.......So I told them I wanted everything

to be out of my house, want credit back from my Visa, or store credit

(which I really don't want since I don't ever want to deal with these

people again).....Can never reach the owner.......can only find out his

name is Ali........

The only thing they want to do is send me another table!

I am so frustrated and upset about spending $2000.00 and getting crappy

tables that I do not want!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE EVER!!!!!!!!
