EarthLink internet billing problem

EarthLink internet billing problem I have tried to contact EarthLink by phone, internet, and by mail. EarthLink is billing me for the use of their Norton Spyware. They did send me a disc, but I never used it. In fact, it is still in the envelope. I want them to stop billing me for a service I am not using (they began billing me three or four months ago). And I do not want a blemish on my credit report for late payment. If they have posted such to my credit record, I want it removed.
