Bedroom Set/Bad Mattresses

I bought a bedroom set from them in September 2006. The told me the "No flip" mattress is the best mattress to buy. It turns out not to be. It started sagging in December. Being the holiday, I didn't call. I did in January, they told me "I can't return it". Fine. But, in February, it sagged like a no support mattress you would get a goodwill. I called and said something has to be done. After the runaround of scheduling someone to come take a look at it. You have to be home between 7-5pm. (Not even the utility companies make you wait this long).

The guy doesn't show up until March to look at it. He measures to see how deep the sag is from the center. If it is less then an inch, you get nothing. This happens to be almost 2 inches sagging on either side of the mattress than in the center. He told me they would do everything to make sure you had this mattress six months so you will be stuck with it. Like try rotating the mattress and everything.

So, they finally schedule the replacement, then they call and swear they spoke to you and say you cancelled it to pick it up from the store. (But, they later tell me, they don't have mattresses in the store - which lie is correct) I ask them, "What sense does that make? They said "We would not make that up." Now (April 2007), I have to wait for another work day 7-5pm. Any time that is convenient for them, to see if it is coming.

The moral of the story. If you are going to shop at a Burlington Coat Factory furniture store like El Dorado, don't plan on taking it back.
