bought new from Home Appliance

repair and service on 1-05 -07 new washer and dryer

less than 90 days later transmission is out of washer. after much wrangling

finally parts arrive .Service place finally on April 5 get parts put in she

washes 2 loads it is back to same place as before. took almost 14 days last

time this machine should have been replaced immediately instead of monkeying

around putting in new transmission. now we are back to square one .We have a

mother of 2 small children unable to get clean clothes for her children a

husband who works away from home a lot and she has no drivers license due to

illness. There has been a lack of help from even Fridgidare at Ga facility

to resolve this and the place were it was bought. to bad it was not bought

on time we could strop payment on it. someone needs to address this

immediately now we are into holiday weekend. Jane St John purchaser for
