The company provides wireless internet services. First the company made me choose between buying equipment or a two-year contract (which required buying the equipment if leaving) for $500. Then the service was faulty. The net would go down every day, throughout the day, and would be extra slow during peak hours. When I would complain they said that no one else has the problem (I later found out this is not true.) So I found another provider (Airspeed Wireless) who is consistent and reasonable. They installed without a contract, and their prices were less than Calinet. When I went to Calinet to cancel, even though I purchased the equipment, they made me stay on their service until the end of the month even though it is April 6.
