Vivek's Jayanagar cheats people

To all people purchasing from Vivek's

I brought 2 split ACs from Viveks . They mentioned a

cost of 1500/- per AC installation excluding any angle

bends and extra pipe lenghts . When the installation

people came in they said they would charge 750/- extra

per AC as my flat had stone walls . This would have

been caught if there was a site inspection . When I

spoke to the manager at Viveks Jayanagar , he

mentioned that customer site inspection would be only

provided by customer request . This is absolutely

absurd when the LG service branch in Bangalore says

that this is always mentioned by the dealer to the

customer and is recomended . What my request o all you

consumers is that please avoid purchases from Vivek's

as they are one of the companies that cheat people
