TWX / AOL Services

I have recently been charged two times this month for AOL Services that I dont even have. I am Prepaid for A year with People PC. AOL has charged my account for $30.90 and I dont even know how they got my account number. This is not the first time that i have seen or heard of this. I have friends and family that have been ripped of by this company as well. AOL knows what they are doing and someone needs to stop them. I typed in TWX / AOL in my google search and tons of this same complaint came up from hundreds of people. This can not be A mistake on AOl's part because this has been going on for to long. Please help stop this company.

My account was charged $91.70. We do not know how AOL got my account number we have NEVER used their service. We tried to go through AOL to fix this and they were rude and useles. We are now having to cancel my card, and get a dispute started through my bank. This is obviously not the first time this has happened and I cannot believe they are allowed to do business like this. If a consumer were to take my account number and charge something to my account this would be called theft. But for a business to do this--it's overlooked? Unacceptable.
