RACIAL DISCRIMANATION

I am a regular customer to the well known franchise name Quiznos, I had to take a business trip to Austin on 04-03-2007. I noticed when I arrived inside the restaurant that evening at 8:36pm with my wife that we were being brushed off and or ignored by the employee that prepares the food. First, three different items that are on the in store menu were not available, no big deal we chose different items and moved on to pay for our meals when we moved over to the counter where you pay, the next employee {Phillip} advised me that he had to close early,( let me remind you what time it is at this point 8:40pm ) I advised Phillip the time and what his business hours state on the sign at the door10am-9pm, he brushed off my response and told me that he has to close,(“ hello” the restaurant had seven tables being occupied by all white customers their were still three more customers[white] in line ordering food behind us, I maintained the anger inside, I imminently

recognized what was going on). Philip took my money and placed my order in a “to go bag”, after bring it to his attention that I wanted to dine in. I kept my cool grabbed my purchase and went to my car 8:44pm, ( this is the part that really pissed me off ) I sat their and realized that the three customers in line after me had taken a seat and had been given the opportunity to dine in, I am appalled at the level of customer service that has been implemented to this franchise from your corporation, you would think now days no matter what the color of skin a person has to show that he should be entitled to the customer service everyone else receives, at the end of the day I see the only color of interest for your company is green. Good job guys Good job………
