Ol' Roy peanut butter biscuits

I wanted to alert you to a problem with the Pet Food recall. Yesterday,

after checking all the web sites for the latest recalls, I went to

WalMart (only store in town) to purchase some dog and cat treats. I

checked every label and bought only items that did not have wheat

gluten listed in the ingredients. When I got home, and after feeding

some Ol' Roy peanut butter biscuits to the 9 dogs I have, I checked the

sites again. Sunshine Mills had finally listed their private label

brands and Old Roy peanut butter biscuits were listed there! The

problem is - wheat gluten isn't listed in the ingredients! How is this

legal? What do we do now??
