Jenn Air Wall Oven - Model JJW9630DDS

Jenn Air is lacking in warranty integrity. We experienced a problem with our Jenn Air oven in the first year that their technician denied as a significant problem (clicking noise when oven was turned on). Low and behold, the problem continued and began causing an electrical issue, that we reported again, now in the second year after the labor warranty expired. The second technician indicated that the first technician was not competent in his diagnosis. Even though the problem is the same as was reported during the warranty period, Jenn Air (Maytag) has denied coverage of the defect. In their words, "it is not how we handle things."

I will never purchase the Jenn Air brand again.
