Ifloor.com This is a complaint about IFloor.com April 5, 2007 I purchased a stair nose from Ifloor.com a little over a month ago. When it came, I was eager to finish my project and very disappointed that the color was NOTHING like my floor color, even though I supposedly bought an exact match. I called them and they asked me to send a digital picture, which I did right away. They e-mailed me and told me that the product matches several of their floors. I told them it doesn't match mine and the picture clearly shows that. I told them I would ship it back only to have them tell me that it would be refused without authorization. Then they had the nerve to give me a deadline to provide a tracking number, but they wouldn't give me the return authorization or shipping address. Finally got it from them and provided them with a tracking number. The product was delivered but they say they can't confirm that. I gave them the UPS tracking site and the name of the person who signed for it. This company is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. Incidentally, I went to Home Depot and matched the flooring perfectly and paid almost $25 LESS than what I paid Ifloor.com for their piece.
