Do not let Firestone do auto repair.

In two years Firestone has not fully reimbursed me for their attempt and failure to repair my 1990 Volvo. Do not let them repair your car.

Wished I'd come here before getting burned. Took my WORK truck to Firestone was falling dead whenever I stopped. Told me I needed a new sensor which I was familiar with. Then let them talk me into a tune up....BadMove....2 days later a spark plug blew out of motor..... Had another mech. tow it to his shop. "Fierstone" had cross-threaded the plug and stripped the head. Got my money back for the tune up but just 2 weeks ago another plug blew. I dont know if all their stores are bad as this one..Little York@ Antione in Houston,Tx..But not about to try to find out.... shredded my card and took their name & number out my book.
