To Whom it may concern

Last week I e-mailed you a complaint for Comcast Services and I have not heard anything back from you. I dont know if you contact people after complaints or not, but they owe us a refund since Jan 1st and every time I call them or go over there, I just get the run-around. One persone told me I get the refund check from Grand Rapids, Michigan and yesterday when I called them again, I was told that it has to come from Pa, the corporate offices. and they told me they would put my refund through again. I am coming to you about this because they just keep chasing me around and I am getting no satisfaction. We have all of my mothers (deceased) affairs in order except this one little bill. WOULD YOU PLEASE HELP US AND respond to my letter as to if you can help me or not. Thank you
