My experience is very similar to many other complaints I've seen on this sight. I believe Broadbandoffers borders on being dishonest. It seems each time one reason for a declination is resolved another pops up. The only thing I can think to do is terminate my Comcast service explaining it is not Comcast but the people they associate with (Broadbandoffers). I have sent a formal complaint to the State AG and Federal consumers affairs. I would only hope the officers of this Co. would be treated like the Enron officers. It would seem they are very much the same.
