Sir,

Today i.e. 06-04-07 personally visit your Kanpur office with written complaint, I meet with Mr O.P. Sharma (Service Incharge) he refuse to receive the complaint and He speaks very Badly. He says I will not do the service.

I am shocked and Surprise that such a Good Company's people treats and speaks like this.

Sir, my Aqua Guard is covered under Annual Maintenance contract. Now I will move to Consumer Court if no action taken by you against

Mr O.P. Sharma with in 7 days.

I am attaching the file of complaint.
