AOL I am very annoyed because I am constntly struggling to get online. I use Aol and when I use the live help they go through all the usual questions and then tell me to ring and get the line tested. When I rang tAOL they say the line isnt constant and cannot check it. they refer me to a BT page online says server is busy get in touch with service provider.
Aol then inform me that Im paying for gold and getting 256kb download despite my having rang at the beginning of Dec (5th) and told the line would be enabled to receive 2MB.
As far as Im concerned they are overcharging for services they're not providing and I would advise all aol users to check speeds. The man I spoke to said they implement but have no way of checking it happens. He then advised me if I wait till the end of April all gold packages would be reciving 4MB. As I pointed out to no avail if I cant get 2mb how am I going to get 4mb. AOL call centres are a waste of time and effort and money.
