Befor I even tell you what these MNC's who come to Indian soil and make big promises do to you one advise

 

 

"NEVER BUY A HONDA CAR IN INDIA IF YOU DO ALL YOU WILL HAVE TO DO IS BEG THEM TO GIVE YOU SOME SERVICE "

Its now more than 10 days and i have not received nay call or solution on this. can someone tell me how many days will it take for some one from a compamy like HONDA to revert on a small issue like this

 

Today i repent buying a car from HONDA and will make sure that any one know to me who wants to buy a car will be told about my experience and see to that he never buys a HONDA car

 

The is the worst kind of service which i have ever seen where in a compnay does not even want to respond to their custommers .

 

I will be forwarding this mal to the editor of Times Of India and have the entire country know about this

 

 

Please do me a favour and give me email id of Mr.Masahiro Takedagawa so that i can let him know the plight of his custommers

the remote control of the car is broken i.e. the hole in which the key ring goes is broken due to which i cannot attach the remote to a key chain ring - the remote is working fine - I called up the dealer Mr.Vijay says that the present remote cannot be repaired and new one will cost Rs 8,000/- which is way too expensive plz get my remote repaired or issue a new one at the earliest

I agree 100% with Mr. Navin.I have been suffering after buying Honda city one and a half year ago.I have not received a single response from the company after atleast a dozen complaints in last one year. I am attaching my last complaint with this comment

This is in continuation of my previous complaints on e mail dated 22nd ,28th July,2009 ,29thNov.,2009, 6th Dec.,2009 and on Help line -22nd July vide no. 70900937, 4th & 6th August,2009 vide no. 80900105 and on 28th Nov.,2009 vide no. 110901097 regarding the problem of battery getting discharged in my Honda city car ZX 1.5 EX1 no.RJ14CF 2567 bought on 4th June 2008 from PINK CITY Honda, Pink city motors , Jaipur.

 

I would reiterate that the problem still continues the same even after multiple full check ups in the workshop .

The battery ( Exide) people have repaetedly said that the fault lies somewhere in the inner electric circuit from which the battery gets discharged and it is not in the battery per se.

Last time when the battery got discharged, a new battery was put in on 6th Jan,2010 by the dealership.

Today morning when I tried to start the car, it did not start (presumably due to the same reason.)

Last one and a half year since I have bought this car, I have suffered a lot due to this problem .

 

I would request you once again to solve this problem or replace the car.

I AM IN FAVAVOR OF Mr. Navin Balani, As i feel that the service from Ichibaan honda is Pathetic and they do not stock up on their spares and it takes then Over a week to replace a cooling coil which comes all the way walking from Noida. i am attaching the mail i sent to Ichibaan honda and have still not received any reply.

Dear Sir / Madam,

 

I would like to get to your notice that we had given our Vehicle as mentioned above for Airconditioner Malfunction on 2nd July. The Service advisor ( Mr. Vilas Chougle) mentioned that the vehicle would be given within 2 days, but on 3rd July he mentioned that the cooling coil has a leak and needs to be replaced and the car would be available for deliver only on Monday 7th July as the Spare parts are not in stock in Mumbai & they have to be ordered from Noida. It is 8th July today and we still haveny got our vehicle back though we were promised by Mr. vilas & Mr. Amit Kadam (Service Manager) that the vehicle would be delivered at 4.30pm now it is 5.30pm and they say that the car will only be delivered at 8 pm which i doubt it. As per my driver the vehicle was taken in for repairs at 5 pm today as he was present at Ichibaan honda from 2.30pm. i Request you to look into this matter with immediately before it gets blown out of propotion.

 

What i fail to understand is that a reputable car manufacturer like yourself who have such a large market Share do not stock extra spares in Mumbai .This sort of delay puts us in a great amount of loss as we have to hire a Vehicle & you'll do not provide us with a substitute Vehicle.

 

 

I request you'll to please look in to this matter and provide a better & prompt service.
