4421 airline hwy metairie louisiana I was told that a prescription would be ready at 5pm. I arrived at the drugstore at 510pm and told it was not ready. At 615pm my name was called over the loud speaker .The prescription is ready. At that time there were 5 people in line with shopping carts half full with misalanious items.I went to the front of the line to pay for my subscription, but was told to go to the rear of the line .The pharmasist was there and agreed.One of the reasons why this pharmacy can't handle their problems. solution: place a sign stating that anyone called for a prescription pickup will be placed at the front of the line. Waiting 1 hour and 5 minutes is bad, but the iceing on the cake is really the reason for this complaint PS I was sitting in the waiting chair for the 1 hour and 5 minutes Does anyone agree with this complaint?
