Maytag Washer Model 6800AAW and Neptune Dryer

My wife and I built a new house 2 1/2 years ago and purchased all new appliances from Sears. Our Maytag washer and dryer have given us nothing but trouble. We are having the same trouble as most of the complaints on this site. The first problem was water leaking from the washing machine 30 days after the 1 year warranty expired. Sears came to our home and agreed to warranty the problem with some coersion from me. Now, Sears is coming out again on Monday April 9th to service the washing machine because it fails to spin out on the spin cycle. Also, the washing machine sounds like a jet airplane taking off from our laundry room when it does spin cycle. There is mold around the top of the inside of washer as well. The dryer leaves a blue film on the drum when we dry blue jeans. We paid over $2000.00 for the pair and are completely dissatisfied. If Sears does not take them back, I will have the pair shipped to Maytag with a note telling them where they can put them. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER MAYTAG APPLIANCE!
