I recently attempted to purchase a Wii console from “vendor”, my credit card was charged however item was not shipped. Unable to contact a live person at the number provided in email, 877-414-7082. No response to email, fax, or voicemail. Only email received was an initial order confirmation. I found a complaint on complaints.com with different phone information provided. I found on atlwholseclub.com another listing for J & H Electronics Solutions/ dbelectronix, same PO Box, but again different phone numbers. Information on credit card charge is for FL. I was unable to locate a physical address or non-800 phone number in either Georgia or FL. I have 2 friends that ordered at the same time and had the same experience. We have disputed the charges with our credit card companies and had new cards issued as an added security measure. Now they are advertising “Free shipping upgrade on units paid via bank wire, check or money order” to avoid Credit Card Charge backs.
