I ordered a Christmas gift from boardgames.com. It was a game called Carcassone for $29.95. The company sent me

the rest of my order and showed this game on my packing list

also but it was not in the box. I notified them by return mail and also by email but they did not respond. When I tried to

protest through my credit card company, they said I had to try

to resolve this with the merchant. Since the merchant did not

respond to my mail attempts and had some group voice mail

that did not specify recipient numbers, contacting the merchant was impossible. Is this the kind of shopping service

Yahoo intends to sponsor? I am appalled. M. Collins

I also order a game as a Christmas present. First it did not arrive on time and then when I tried to contact them I could only reach them through e-mail. The reply e-mail was confusing and vague and then when the order did arrive - they sent me the wrong game, I paid for a deluxe edition of the game and received the original version of the game. Where did you find a telephone number for them?

I was unable to locate one.
