How can the First Premier Bank of Sioux Falls, SD pre-approved a credit card for my wife Judith O. W. who passed away 6-15-2001? There Confirmation #398 760 298 A4C.

If I were the CEO of F. P. B. I would send the person that supposedly checked and pre-approved this one on a life long self paid vacation.

This does not build faith in there institution at all.
