My complaint is with Home Depot. I was there for about an hour this past

Sunday and observed 3 interactions that told me this store was not

customer-friendly. When I was checking out in the garden section an

elderly couple walked out asking the clerk what time they closed, they

wanted to come back after checking some thing at home. The clerk said- "I

don't know- maybe 7pm, no wait, this is Sunday and I think our hours just

changed. But if you come back by 6:00pm you should be safe." How

ridiculous! All she had to do was pick up the phone next to her register

and call the front desk and ask the hours. Another incident- I realized I

needed a flat-bed and asked where they were. Someone on the floor told me

they are in the front of the building. I left and exited one door, to find

that they were on the far side of the building. In my world the person

would have said "tell me where you'll be and I'll bring you one". Not at

Home Depot!! I won't even bother with the final incident. That was the

last time I'll shop at Home Depot.
