UPS

I had sent a shipment to the US on 24 April 2007 hoping that it would reach on the 26 April 2007. Today is the 1 May 2007, and there is no trace of the package. From the 25 of April till today UPS\' intelligent sophistacated tracking system is saying \"the Package is delayed due to circumstances beyond UPS control\"... When i called on 26 April 2007 on reading this message i got the reply that there is some weather problem and the delivery is delayed but would reach in the next 24 hours. Today is the 1 May 2007 and still there is no news of the package. I called UPS UK customer centre and they told me that there is no info and the tracking system is saying the same thing since the last 5 days. They told me that they would come back to me later. In one hour i get a mail saying the package has been lost. Please advise what is to be done?? WHAT THE HELL, i mean the package is lost, what do you want me to do??? You have to do things now, answer my questions for the time being.. I had original documents in that envelope which are now lost forever!!!!! I will have to go through the whole thing again now trying to get my documents from all the departments.. This eventually means that my plans are delayed by another year if not forever !!!! MAN THEY HAVE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER FOREVER!!!

There were original documents and plus documents which were notarised by the US EMBASSY. Now I have to redo the whole process all over again and this would mean postponing all my plans that i had planned for this summer.
