I haven’t even been on any Spirit flights yet and

having nothing but problems with Spirit Airlines. I

booked my flight on the internet and was doubled

booked and doubled charged. When I noticed Spirit’s

mistake I called in and was told it would take 3

business days to refund my account. Five days later,

I called back as no refund was issued and was then

told it took 7-10 business days. On the eleventh day

I called back and then was told it was in-between 7-14

days. I am now on the 13th business day with no

refund of Spirits mistake! I have a feeling that

tomorrow I will continue to get the run around. Don’t

fly Spirit, they have no customer service and have

stole from me.
