Hi

My name is Fernando Rios, an active duty soldier. I just came from Iraq

a year ago, and then came to Scranton, PA in October to keep serving my

country. But some people does not care about it and does not respect

that, like Jeff Felczuk, assistant manager from Kost Tire & Muffler in

Jefferson Ave. in Scranton, PA.

I went to this store in December 2006 to receive a services on my truck

(alignment and balance). I received a good treat from manager Darren

Griffiths. After a few months I noticed that the back tires wore out

from inside which was not normal. So I went back to the store and talked

to Jeff about it, and he gave me an appointment, but I could not make it

because the weather conditions. I went yesterday 23 of April ad talked

to Jeff and he told me to bring it the next day after 8:00am anytime. So

I arrived at the store around 8:15am and talked to Darren, who was at

the front desk when I walked in. He took the key and the information in

a nice manner, I mean, really professional. I asked Darren how long it

going to take and he said about an hour or an hour and a half may be. So

I told him that I would wait. When at that moment Jeff Felczuk jumped

from the back and started arguing and talking loud to myself in front of

others customers saying that were more customers before me and that I

had to wait. I felt really offended because I did not want to jump in

front of anybody. Like I said, I just wanted to know how long was going

to take to decide if I stay or call somebody to pick me up.

So I got a question. I am fighting and giving my life to defend my

country and to have a better and saved country. Why they can not do the

same in their jobs and respect their customers?

I will appreciate the administration take care of this. Your company

could be affected with this kind of incident. (ARMY, ARMY Reserve and

NATIONAL GUARDS) We use to bring our government vehicles to this stores,

but if we keep receiving this kind of treat, we could pick up other

place to get service.
