This company handles the financial aspects for Ladies Workout Express, and are misleading and provide false information on purpose. I was told I would get free time at the end of my contract. I was suppose to be on a medical hold,but they say there policy is to change for the time and give it back at the end of the contract.Then after my free time AT THE END OF MY CONTRACT started charging me again. I went to both the club to request to stop my auto-renewal, as well as requested the same on a call to the home office. No one ever told me (during a year of telephone calls) that they needed the information in writing. When I asked AMEX to dispute the charges I got harrassing letters and calls from them threatening collection. STAY AWAY THEY ARE A SCAM.

This company also handles Power House Gym and I've been trying since March 2008 to cancel my membership. First tehy told me that it would be done. The following month, they told me that I needed to send them a fax and that there was a 30 day notice involved. I told them about the March call and they said to send my fax and that they would evaluate. I sent my fax. The following month, I was billed again. I called and then they told me that they had never received my fax and to write them a email from their website, which I did, very detailed one. I got billed again today and called them to ask what was going on. They told me that on June 6, 2008, they had cancelled my membership but that they still had to bill me for the 30 day notice. I told them that they were pathetic and that it was abuse now and that I wanted to send a letter but needed the name of their president. I guess they didn't like it much because they hung up on me. I called back and they told me that they lost the call somehow. Yah right!! Anyway, I'm still trying to find the name of their president to write him and my next step is to go to the better business bureau!!
