I too have a 16.95 charge on my account ,going back 8 months..........after waiting on hold for 20 minutes each time i finally got a person whose system was down but if i could hold he would be right back. He did come back and saib he would close the account and credit me onlya portion of the 8 monthly bills.the credit card company assured me they would back me and help..we shall see........
