HCI Direct-Silkies In February of this year I received an offer from your company to receive FREE hose, and today I’m delivered a BILL stating a PAST DUE on my account. I believe that you are mistaken. “Free” means to get something for nothing, right? How convenient that your toll free number has no actual person to speak to, and only takes a person in circles, making it very difficult to CANCEL ACCOUNTS with you.
Evidently you also took it upon yourselves to set up an account under my name with your company and are planning on a monthly shipment to my house? CANCEL IT IMMEDIATELY.
I do not now or ever wish to receive your product in my home. If I do, I will be saving every single product and every single ‘invoice’ you send me, and I will be forwarding it to my lawyer.
