Gately's - Where is my order? Gately's Shopping Network 88 Inverness Circle E #A106 Englewood, CO 80112 Your organization believes you have completed your service to me. You have not. In November, I ordered 2 sets of chairs, or 4 total chairs. I paid for those 2 sets of chairs. But, I only received 1 set. I'm currently disputing the charges with Discovercard Services, and have opened a case with the Denver Better Business Bureau. I'm EXTREMELY unhappy with your customer service. I've tried to call, no answer. I've sent e-mails, again, no answer. I have to tell you, if this is reliability, it sucks. Yellow freight will confirm delivery. But, you should pay attention to the bill of lading. They picked up and delivered 1 piece of furniture on 1 pallet - not 2. That 1 piece of furniture was 1 set of 2 chairs. So, WHERE ARE MY OTHER CHAIRS? And why am I spending so much time trying to find them? Why aren't you trying to help? I can't believe this situation. I've never had to work so hard to prove a vendor's wrong - typically they do quite a bit of research and confirm the customer is correct. This started in November. It's now May 1st - and still not resolved. Gately's has said Yellow Freight was at fault, and they would follow-up. That was more than 2 months ago. Awesome customer service. Sir; I have contacted the vendor and confirmed that they short shipped your order. I am having them ship out the 2nd set of stools. I am waiting for them to get back to me on the tracking and ship date. Best Regards
