FedEx I am very disappointed in the quality of customer service that I have received with FedEx. For a company that supposedly prides itself on customer service, they have really missed the mark. I sent a welder to Joplin, Missouri, U.S.A. and it didn't make it. I put on a trace and they couldn't find it. I asked for my money back and I have all these hoops to jump through, even though I had insured the package for $2500.00. I paid for that over a month ago. So far my efforts have warranted me nothing but headache and frustration. I am looking for the insurance money and also I want my money back! I have been very cooperative in having this resolved but I am coming to the end of my patience.
