FLORAL ORIGINALS BY GREGORY SCOTT - BEVERLY HILLS I ordered flowers for a sick friend on Feb. 21 - they never arrived. After numerous phone calls and e-mails, I was promised a refund on my credit card. It is now 10 weeks later and there still has been no credit. The only way to reach them is through the toll-free number, but to date I have had no return call from the florist, only sympathy from the phone operator. What a rip-off !! Use any other florist but this one!!

I too have made numerous phone calls and only get to speak to an answering service operator that emails the company of my complaint. I have asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded but never get a response or refund. I have also gone to the website where I placed the order and made complaints and asked demanded cancellation and refund. Today I finally got a response from that they don't have record of me being a customer and don't know what I'm talking about. The florist keeps calling a small shop in the area where the flowers were to be delivered and she has told them (MANY times) that she does not work with fresh flowers. They still keep calling her.
