FLORAL ORIGINALS BY GREGORY SCOTT - BEVERLY HILLS

FLORAL ORIGINALS BY GREGORY SCOTT - BEVERLY HILLS I ordered flowers for a sick friend on Feb. 21 - they never arrived. After numerous phone calls and e-mails, I was promised a refund on my credit card. It is now 10 weeks later and there still has been no credit. The only way to reach them is through the toll-free number, but to date I have had no return call from the florist, only sympathy from the phone operator. What a rip-off !! Use any other florist but this one!!

On Sept 29th 2008, I ordered flowers for a funeral. I searched the flowers online and decided to order my flowers from "originals by Gregory Scott" with same day delivery for no charge, I called the 800# that they provided. they took my order and told me the charge will be 39.95 the lady assured me that there was no charge for delivery however, since I ordered on a Sunday they didn't have any floral stores open so it will be delivered on Monday (the day of the funeral service) I was ok with that. They were never delivered, however, my credit card was charged. I have called at least 5 TIMES A WEEK since Sept 29th and might as well talk to the wall! Every time I call I immediately get put on hold then hung up on about 4 times before I even get through to someone....after all that, I have to give the name of the deceased (I never thought I'd have to re-live this nightmare over and over again!!!) and then they want to know what they can do for me (in an attitude like I am wasting their time) I tell them my story and they state that the reason my order was not delivered is because they upgraded their system the day that I ordered and my order "fell through the crack". they assure me that my order has been canceled but I was still charged for it...a whapping $54.07!!! far from the 39.95 she told me originally (apparently there is a 14.95 "processing" fee!!!) Every time I call to get credit the manager is not in. (the #310-289-6594) I have talked to: Channel, Suzanne, Lindsay, Erin, Michelle, Kristy, Sheila, Tabitha,Rachel and the list goes on! Supposedly Gregory Scott is the manger but he lives in Palm Springs,CA and doesn't come to the shop often (in Beverly Hills, CA) Kristy (AKA Christina???) is the assistant manager and she is also never in (or has always "just walked out the door" when I call) and I have also heard that Erin is a assistant manager there. NOBODY there has a clue as to what is going on !!! I do not feel that I should have to pay for something that was never delivered in the first place and also canceled! I have contacted my local troubleshooter From: Message Author (click here to email author) (has asked not to receive email)Date: Monday, 17-Nov-08 16:51:33 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisI ordered flowers from Gregory Scotte online September 23, 2008 and they never arrived. I received an immediate charge to my credit card on September 23rd, but no product or service was provided by Gregory Scotte flowers. This is clearly a scam and as one comment reads, "no better then a boiler room." DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY." From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Monday, 17-Nov-08 11:28:24 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisI have had the same experience. I ordered flowers to be sent to my mom on Oct. 17, 2008 for her 60th birthday. They never arrived. Now the day is gone, and the surprise ruined. I am waiting for a call back, but from the sounds of this, it won't happen. How can it be legal to charge someone's credit card for something never delivered? From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Saturday, 18-Oct-08 11:50:00 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisI had the same problem. I ordered flowers for my daughter for her birthday she never got them. I called to complain three times and was told some one will get back to me. They never get back to me. My credit card was charged and still no flowers. This is the worst flower service I have ever experienced. I will never use them again. I KEPT CALLING EVERY DAY UNTIL THEY DID GIVE ME MY CREDIT. No delivery, then only a phone service to talk to, who refused for three days to put me through to a manager, who's the only one who could give me a refund. Finally found the number, 310 289-6592. When I demanded a refund, they hung up on me twice. I had to dispute it with my credit card co. This is no better than a boiler room operation. I too have made numerous phone calls and only get to speak to an answering service operator that emails the company of my complaint. I have asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded but never get a response or refund. I have also gone to the website where I placed the order and made complaints and asked demanded cancellation and refund. Today I finally got a response from that they don't have record of me being a customer and don't know what I'm talking about. The florist keeps calling a small shop in the area where the flowers were to be delivered and she has told them (MANY times) that she does not work with fresh flowers. They still keep calling her.
