In 2005 I had a minor car accident. At that time there was no bodily injury and no car damage. I explained the whole accident to my AAA adjuster. The photographer came to take picture of my car. After that, no body called me or sent me any letter regarding this accident. Then in 2007 I receieved my premium bill and the price went up very high. I talked to the AAA adjuster again. But they said the person responsible for this case was not working anymore and the person who took over this case could not provide me the details of the whole case. In this case AAA paid the property damage and bodily injury to that lady and the whole case was settled in Aug 2006. I wonder why nobody call me to ask for the detail of this accident and AAA paid whatever that lady asked for. It's very unfair to me that I don't have a chance to defend myself. That was just a minor parking accident, how could it cause bodily injury and property damage. May be AAA thought the amount she asked for was so small that they don't have to investigate!!! But after this incident, AAA raised my premium and took away my good driver discount. I had been using AAA insurance since 1995, now I feel this company is very unresponsive and it is not protecting its customers. I'm very disappointed with this company, please don't trust it.
