CIC Credit Monitoring

My name is Pamela Stiltenpole and I did get my credit report some time ago and CIC Credit monitoring has been deducting $9.95 from my checking account ever since. I got their phone number from my bank and have called them and requested that the cease and desist from deducting any further monies from my account. In DID NOT authorize them to take any money from my account. I think it is terrible that an American cannot retirieve personal information without getting ripped off. If this does not stop and the money that was taken from my account is not replaced I will have no other recouse but to take legal action
