Bally's Memebership in Encino California

To whom it may concern,

My husband and I joined the Bally's Gym in Encino California because it was close to our home. Over the years we noticed the gym looking very shabby and run down. The carpet is filthy, doesn't look like it has ever been chaned, very unsanitary. The machines are so old and run down. My husband is trying to get out his contract to the terrible conditions at the gym, there response is go to another location. So, because of that we have to drive an additional 20 minutes to get to another gym, no way. The reason we chose that gym is because it's 5 minutes from our home.

We feel that we should be able to cancel our membership contract, that's how they get you, trap you...they allow the gym to look so shabby, so if you try to get out it, you can't.
