I paid my mothers bill (Dorothy Wilson) in the amount of $51.50 on Dec 23, 2006. It was not due until 1-9-07. She was ill and I had her service disconnected on 1-2-07. She passed away on 1-17-07. I have not received my payment back yet. I have made 6 phone calls to Comcast and have been told everything from not processed yet to check is on the way. They even gave me a number to contact them by (2252937). Nothing has done any good. I have gone to the office of Comcast in Muskegon, Michigan where I live. I have taken the death certificates of both my parents and they said the check would come right after that. The check only comes from Grand Rapids, Michigan, I was informed so I dont know what the holdup is. I even wrote a letter to the corporate headquarters in Pa. I have been told by other parties that we are not the only one that has a hard time getting money back. It is outragious that a company as well known as Comcast does business this way and waiting three months for a refund is uncalled for. This is my complaint against them and would appreciate anything you can do for me to get this taken care of. I have all of my mothers business taken care of except this one account and would very much like it done with.
