My wedding was 10/22/05. As of today, 4/3/07, almost

18 months later and I have NOT received my wedding

DVD.

It was after the wedding that my husband and I learned

that we would have to supply any music or materials

that the videographer did not have himself. This meant

getting our videographer a copy of our wedding song.

This did take longer than planned, but we did get him

the song in March of 2006. At that time, we were

finally put on the edit list. we hadn't even been put

on the edit list 5 months after our wedding!

As the months passed, I tried to make contact with our

videographer on a few occasions, always getting the

response that he hadn't gotten to us yet. It was a

YEAR after we finally found out that he was still

missing things he needed for our wedding. As

requested, I emailed a copy of our wedding program

(which he should have had since day one) so that he

could have the names of everyone involved in the

wedding.

In Dec '06 we were told that our DVD would be ready

just after the new year. In Jan '07 we were attempting

to contact our videographer for over a week with no

repsonse when he told us that he had been out of town

and had not gotten to our DVD yet because he never

received the emailed program. I re-emailed and sent a

paper copy of the program. Around mid-January, we were

promised our DVD would be ready around the middle of

February. On February 23, 2007, I received a response

to my email inquiring about our DVD. He told me that

he had some unknown delays and he would need another

couple of weeks.

It is now April 3, 2007, almost 6 weeks after I

received that email and I have not heard anything!!!

AND on all of these occasions, we had to be the ones

contacting him. He never called to let us know how

things were going or that he was missing materials. He

just pushed us off to the side and waited for us to

contact him!!!!

What makes matters even worse is that we still owe him

$800!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have waited almost 18 months to

receive my wedding DVD and there is no way I can get

out of paying him an additional $800 on top of the

$1600 we have already paid!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
