Sprint rebate Complaint About Sprint: I noticed complaints on the website regarding Sprint rebates. I thought I would add my story. We have the family plan from Sprint. After our first two year agreement was finished, we got new phones and Sprint said we would get a $50.00 rebate and an $80.00 rebate. That was Oct. 2006 now it's April 2007 and we have yet to get the rebates. First they said they were processing the rebate info then they sent a letter saying we didn't send in the rebate info...?? if we didn't send in the rebate info and they didn't get the info then why or what were they processing?? We sent in the rebate info again, and they said it was being processed and should only take about 4 weeks... after 6 weeks, still no rebate. We went to the Sprint Store and they talked to the rebate department and all is well... NOT.. back to the Sprint Store and they said it's taken care of and Sprint values it customers and we will speed up the process for you and you will have your rebate money in 15 days... NOT... tried again to deal with them and get the rebate money and they asked me if I was sure we sent in the info.... call them back 5 minutes later and they have the info and the rebate check is being printed and should take about 2 weeks to finish and allow 2 more weeks to get put in the mail and allow the postal service another 2 weeks to carry it to my house.... I think it's CLASS ACTION time... is anyone else talking class action....
