REPAIR OF MY TELEVISION SET

I had purchased a 29 inch Videocon colour television,model - 7631QS, Serial no. 00343 from M/s. Swar Sangam, 3, Sambhunath Pandit Street,Kolkata - 700020 vide their bill no.11653,dated 03.04.04 with three year warranty.The picture in the television often disappears and just a straight line in the centre remains.This happens after a few minutes of the television being switched on.I had lodged a complaint on or about 15th march' 07 with M/s. Smart services,your service agent in kolkata, as per the advice of the dealer.After making innumerable phone calls a mechanic was sent on or about 21st march who without even inspecting the television set said that it will work properly in future and went away.The problem remained so another complaint was lodged.The same mechanic was sent on the 30th of march.He again chose not to repair the set even after the repeated tellig of my wife and children.The mechanic was not willing to wait even for a few minutes as the problem arises after a few minutes of the tv beeing put on.Moreover,the behaviour of the mechanic was extremely rough and he refused to even disclose his name.The problem still remains and we are unable to watch the television.Please look into the matter and arrange for repair of the set.
