I talked to your customer srevice dept and told them how upset we are at

the poor quality of service and attitude. We have had our stove 3 years top

has been replaced once and it is not looking very nice and several other

parts have been replaced. I talked to one of your competeters and were very

surprised it wasn,t replaced as we got a lemon.

We bought a secional two years ago and it looks twenty years old we have a

couch and love seat we have had for 14 years it looks new compared to yours

and was used until we bought this one. The back pillows are all out of shape

we have tried to straighten them no success and the material is bally and

cushions are losing there shape. I am so disappointed in Sears quality

control and customer service. We have been good customers over the years and

with the lack of good service we will never purchase from you again. I have

heard alot of good things about Sears been good at replacing

merchandise[guess it depends who takes pride in their company]. We have also

heard very negatives that they felt as long as it is paid for [so sad too

bad]
