ICICI Customer Care is Pathetic

The customer care division needs to be more friendly with customers with an attempt to understand the customer issue instead of trying to be rude and adamant by sticking to the "policies of the bank". I spoke to this customer care rep. by the name "Seanne" who refused to transfer me to her supervisor or manager and when I insisted on being transferred, she told me she will check and got back to me immediately saying that the manager is not avaialable. I asked her for her first and last name and customer rep. number but she told me she didnt have one. Seanne refused to understand what my problem was and kept repeating the same sentence again and again. I asked her several times if she could help me solve the problem instead of trying to repeat the same sentence but she was just unwilling to. I hope ICICI can circumvent petty things like address change and make more services available to customers online rather than deal with the rude customer service reps. Its been more than 5 months since I started the application for an address change but to no avail.


The customer representatives keep giving false hope and its been 5 months I am trying to get three simple requests.



1. Change of Physical Address on my account

2. Request an ATM PIN

3. Request access to Online Banking.
